Telephone Consultation

Our free telephone consultations mean you do not need to visit one of our venues to access our clinicians' expertise. This 15-minute call means you can speak to somebody from the comfort of your home, should you wish to.

We offer a free 15-minute telephone consultation with an experienced clinician for anyone who wants further advice, whether querying if an assessment is required for themselves or their family member, general questions about autism/ADHD etc.

Alternatively, this consultation could be helpful to someone gathering more information about our assessment process to prepare the person attending an assessment booked with us.

We also welcome people sharing additional information about the person attending an assessment, such as any adaptations that may be needed or any detailed information you think would be helpful for the team to know before the assessment.

The consultation call will last approximately 15 minutes. It is free and lets you decide whether an assessment is the right option for you or your child. You have the opportunity to find out more about the assessment process and ask any questions you may have. The clinician will gather more information about you to help support you to decide which assessment route is most suitable.
